With our approach, what happens before and after a leadership program is as significant as what happens during…sometimes more so. We don’t pitch “off the shelf” products, but instead consult with clients to clearly define the impact they desire to have on their organization through training. We then collaborate on a strategy that ensures that desired impact, only one piece of which might be training.
When tailoring a program, we match the sophistication level of the target audience with the content. Our programs are impactful for two reasons: We design around those skills identified as highest impact, then we facilitate in a way that is participative, engaging, challenging, even embarrassing at times. (We’ve learned through that sometimes “failing publicly” in a safe environment creates the greatest the richest environment for changing behaviors).
